When you order from us, you get a special privilege, as a member of TJR Machining. Through the fact that we have created an ordering platform and track/ monitor your orders on this website, you can fully control your orders, including creating a quote request, receiving quote, placing an order, track order status, statistics and analyze your orders easily.

Just create an account on our platform (very simple), then you can easily control your orders on your own page (only you can see it).
It's very simple, jut follow the following instructions:

1. Register an account and login: At the right & top of the website, there is a "Register/Login" section, click on "Register", fill in the informations we have prepared and "submit", an email will be sent to you to authenticate your account, with just 1 click to authenticate, your browser will open a new page, where this is your workspace to track your private RFQ/ Orders.

2. Inside your page, there are two sections that you need to pay attention to: "Quotes" and "Order".
- If you need to create a RFQ, look at the top left of the page, there is a "Quote" buton, this place allows you to create an order with available forms, just follow each step, attach your drawings... then press "Submit", we will receive your quote request immediately. In case if the order has been repeated, you can absolutely create a new RFQ or even create a new order in the "Order" section.
- The "Order" section allows you to create a new order, track the progress of open orders and retrieve closed orders. On this platform, you can sort your options by Po number, Delivery date and order status....
- In addition, you can also ask us questions through the "Online Chat" window, we have arranged our engineers to always be on duty to answer your technical questions, order progress and issues related to quotes.

1. About delivery time:
- For the urgent orders, small quantities and simple products we can deliver within 03 days from the date of receiving your PO. For slightly more complex orders, it can take about 1 week then we can deliver, plus the shipping time of 2-4 days by airplan, for a total of about 1 week you will receive the goods at your door.
- For orders with moderate quantities, we usually deliver within 2 - 4 weeks.
 

2. About the safety:
- We have many years of experience in transporting and exporting goods to the U.S. During this process, we have never had any loss or damage to goods. However, if an incident occurs, we will replace 100%  for customers, as long as our customer received goods in their hand on time per our commitment.
- Our payment terms are very flexible, you can receive and inspect the goods, all must meet your satisfaction before we receive payment from you.

3. About warranty policy.
As long as your product has not been used and caused damage, we will always be responsible for our products, within 3 years from our delivery, if you find out our product is defective, please notify us to receive an immediate replacement from us.

You will receive all documents & paperworks related to product quality management from us, such as Material certs, Plating certs, Heat treat certs, First article inspection records, Final inspection records and other certificates...
Thereby, you can look up the origin of the material, as well as other requirements from the blueprints.
In addition, you can also send us other requests related to compliance with production regulations, and we will fully meet those requirements before the goods are delivered to you.

We receive a lot of interest from customers about "Is the price in Vietnam as cheap as when ordering in China"?
Honestly, the price in Vietnam is higher than when you order in China, this comes from many reasons but the main factors that lead to it are the support from the Chinese government such as: materials cost,  transportation cost, machinery price, equipment price... even a businesses in China receive a lot of financial support from their government, while we do not.
However, we have our other strengths that you can refer to below:

1. We can compete based on price, and we guarantee that prices in Vietnam will be cheaper than most countries in Southeast Asia, such as Taiwan,Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines...

2. We can produce small quantity orders, high quality and fast delivery time.

3. We always accompany customers and support them as much as we can in addition to the main work of machining business, such as reverse engineering, consulting on materials, tolerances, etc. . Maximum support for customers until they are truly satisfied and trust us.

There is no specific number, depended on your types of goods but in our measurement, machine parts imported from Vietnam to the U.S are currently at 1.5% of tariff.

1. Express shipping by air: DHL, UPS and Fedex services allow us to ship goods to customers in the U.S. within 2-4 business days. Shipping prices for a 20kg package will average around $12.0 USD/kg. We also have already our account to ship the goods to customers or use the customer's account freight.

2. Shipping by air cargo: Slow and economical service. This type only applies to orders weighing more than 300kg, shipping time is 6-10 working days, average shipping price is about $6.0-8.0 USD/kg.

3. Shipping by sea: For heavy orders that are not urgent in time, our customers often choose shipping by boat to save shipping costs, the average time is about 6 weeks and the price around $1.0 USD/kg.

Depending on the customer's requirements, we provide them with transportation that is most convenient and suitable to their requirements.

As long as it is within the scope of "Precision Machining", we accept all production stages until the product is completely completed.
Mechanical processes such as milling, turning, grinding, EDM, deburring... are of course within our scope, however we also perform other processes to the finished products such as plating, coating, heat treatment even product assembly.
In addition, we also have a professional packaging department, if customers want us to pack according to customer standards including packaging, paper boxes... we also provided.

By signing an NDA document with customers, we not only voluntarily comply with the confidentiality of information and documents for customers but are also regulated by Vietnamese law, if we violate the terms related Regarding information security, customers can absolutely sue us by submitting an application to the Vietnamese consulate in the customer's country, so we firmly believe that customers do not to worry about information disclosure.

In addition, we have trained our staff on privacy policies, ensuring never to disclose customer images or drawings on all mass media, especially social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Youbube...
